Admission Requirements

(Due prior to enrollment)

  1. *Up-to-date certificate of health examination w/TB test w/ results (infants are exempt), lead screen w/results, immunization records (must be current), health history w/parent’s signature dated & signed by physician
    *Within 6 months prior to enrollment
  2. Application forms…all dated & signed
  3. Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
  4. Registration Fee
  5. First week tuition
  6. Last week of tuition
  7. Complete change of clothes
  8. Blanket for nap
  9. For infants: Diapers/pull-ups, wipes, bibs, formula & baby food

Tuition Schedule

Weekly Tuition Rates

Infant – $285
(6 weeks – 15 months)

Infant/Toddler – $280
(15 months – 24-30 months)

Early Preschool – $250
(2-3 years)

Preschool – $235
(4 years & up)

Reservation Fee

$30.00 per child (non-refundable) applied as registration fee when a spot becomes available.

Enrollment Fees

$30.00 registration fee, two (2) weeks tuition (first and last week). Last weeks tuition is non refundable and applied to last week if proper termination notice is given, in writing to the director, two weeks prior.

Family Discount (2 or more)

Family discount $25 per week.

Payment Due By

Monday 6:00 p.m.

Late Payment Fee

$10 if payment is not made prior to Tuesday, $5/day until all payments have been made. In the event of a Holiday, regular tuition payments will be due the following day by 6:00 p.m. Children may not return to LLA on Wednesday if payment is not received on Wednesday of any week. Non-payment will result in removal of your child by Friday of the current week.

Late Pickup

$1.00/per minute paid directly to staff. Fee is based on when you leave with your child, not when you walk in the door. You should allow yourself at least 15 minutes to sign your child out and collect their belongings.

Vacation Time

Each family is allowed two (2) weeks vacation per calendar year, after you have been with us for three (3) consecutive months. If your child enrolls after June 30, only one (1) week will be available to you that calendar year. You must notify the director in advance that you plan to use these days. You can choose to use individual days rather than a full week and your tuition for that week will be prorated. A week is defined as Monday to Friday.

Extended Illness/Hospitalization

If your child is absent for an entire week due to hospitalization, you may choose to pay 1/2 tuition for that week. This option is available once each year. A doctor’s note will be required. You must arrange for this option in advance or call in each morning. You are eligible for this after a six (6) month waiting period.


We are CLOSED New Years Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Good Friday, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Friday after, and Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. (When the holiday falls on a weekend, it will be observed on the closest weekday.) These are paid holidays. You may choose to use these as your vacation days. We reserved the right to close early for our annual 1st Aid/CPR re-certification. Inclement weather may force us to close early or not open on occasion. These changes will not affect tuition.
